What We Provide
Home Staging
From The Windows, To The Walls...
Our designers add, rearrange, and replace furnishings in your home to maximize the chance of selling the space quickly and efficiently. Typical costs are between .5% to 1% of the sale price of the property for six weeks of staging (price contingent on amount of the company owned furnishings which are used).

For every month beyond the six week period of staging, a $500 rental fee will be added for the furnishing and monthly cleaning (dusting, cleaning kitchen, bathroom, etc.) :

Interior design consult
Packing of any furniture or design elements not being used in the home during staging process.
Home furnished with curated pieces, artwork, accessories and linens.
Exterior services include pressure washing and landscaping (Note: additional charges will be added to total for these services based on quotes from contracted labor.)

Residential & Commercial Cleaning

Empty/fairly clean home: $.15 per finished sq. ft.
Moderately dirty home: $.20 per finished sq. ft.
Very dirty: $.25 per finished sq. ft.

Vacation Rental and AirBnb Cleaning

Professional Photography Services
Like a Polaroid only better...
All staged homes will have the option to be photographed for agents to post on MLS and other real estate sites. Cost for services vary based on square footage of home. Full service staging plans will include free photo session. Artistic and wide shots available. Cost of photos average around $.20 to $.25 per sq. ft. of home, depending on owner's/realtor's needs and preferences, as well as time needed to edit photos.
